I filled out a VPchat Support form and received a ticket number. Why haven't you emailed me the answer to my question?
Answer:
Only account owners receive email responses from VPchat.
You can check the status of your ticket by signing in and selecting View Open Tickets or View Resolved Tickets at the Help Desk.
