Answer:
Go to http://reg.vpchat.com/VP/names Log in as the owner Make a different name the account owner Log in as that name Delete the original name, if desired Transfer ownership to that name You must be the primary account holder to change the email. Go to http://reg.vpchat.com/VP/changePw It's important that you use a valid email address. If you don't, then we won't be able to send you your password.
