Topic: Ladders & Tournaments Question: How does a Single Elimination Tournament work? Answer:   Tournament participants play until they suffer a defeat. Once a player or team has lost a game, they are eliminated from the Tournament. The field thins until two undefeated players or teams meet for a final round.
