Ratings are adjusted after every game you play with an opponent,
whether or not it's in a Tournament. Your rating changes based on
the rating of your opponent. Your rating will go up when you win.
It will go up more if you beat a player better than you. Likewise,
if you lose your rating will go down in relation to your opponent.
