Go to http://reg.vpchat.com/VP/manageLadders Once there, you can: Send an email to the entire ladder. Send an instant message to all ladder members currently online. Post a notice on your Ladder Ranking page. Ladder owners may also delegate these duties to a TD. To assign tournament duties to a TD go to http://reg.vpchat.com/VP/manageLadders
