Question: What is Acey Deucy Backgammon?

Answer:
Acey Deucy is a variation of the standard Backgammon game. There are two main rule changes.
  1. All the stones start out off the board. As you roll you can bring stones in, but it is not necessary to have all the stones in before you make another move. For example, you roll a 4 and a 2. You can move one stone in using the 4, then move it 2 more places.
  2. If you roll a 1 and a 2, this is an Acey Deucy. You move the 1 and the 2, then you get to pick a doublet roll -- anything you want, double ones to double sizes. After you move your stones according to the doublet roll, you get one more automatic bonus roll.

All other rules are the same as for regular Backgammon.
