Why can I log into the adult community but not the family community?
Answer:
Check to be sure your cookies and javascript is set correctly.
To enable cookies:
Go to Tools and select Internet
Options... Choose the "Privacy" tab.
Move the Slider to Medium, and click OK.
To enable Active Scripting:
On your browser menu, go to Tools and select Internet Options...
Choose the "Security" tab, and select Custom Level...
Scroll down to Active Scripting. Make sure that Active Scripting is set to
Enable, and click OK.
