Question:	Can I turn off the Emoticons in my Buddy List?

Answer:
On your Buddy List menu, go to Options, and select Preferences... Choose the "Messages" tab, and deselect the "Show Emoticons" box at the bottom of the window.

I would like to use the Support Request Form.
