Finding Chat Rooms

When you first enter VP Chat, you will be in a welcome room. Everyone entering chat starts out here. You can't chat in this room, but you can click on any of the rooms listed to get going. To change chat rooms, click on the Chat Rooms button. A list of rooms, along with the number of people chatting in each one, appears. Click on a room that interests you, and you'll automatically go there. You can also look at a list of rooms by selecting Quick Directory from the Tools menu.

You can also "make a room" out of any page on the web. Type a URL in the address window at the top of the chat window. You'll automatically go to that web page and it will become the background for a chat room.
