Changing Your Subscription

Things you can change about your subscription include:

• The subscription length (next time it renews).
• The number of chat names in your account.
• Your payment information (e.g. update the expiration date for your credit card).
• Cancelling or activating automatic renewal payments.
• Cancelling your free trial subscription.

You must be the primary account holder to change your subscription. Click on the "Account Info" button at the top of the page. Sign in. Select "Change subscription" or "Change payment information" from the left column.
